PAYMENT RULES FOR SERVICES
When major interventions are planned, we will assess you before the start of the therapy. Then we will discuss payment options and find a mutually satisfactory solution.
Procedures that require only one visit are paid upon completion of the treatment. Long-term therapies are paid in installments according to a pre-arranged schedule.
Please do not refrain from discussing service prices.
The prices of the services are directly related to the price of the material used, and the price of following steps with modern technology.
PERIODIC INSPECTIONS
We want our patients to reduce the need for major procedures in the mouth as much as possible. This goal can only be achieved through regular periodic inspections, which are even a legal obligation in most Western countries.
During this examination, we will determine the effectiveness of previous therapy, your hygiene habits, and thoroughly remove tartar and deposits (caused by nicotine and caffeine) on your teeth.
Every patient has the right to a thorough examination and precise analysis of the health of his mouth and teeth.
Then we will make an estimate of the costs for any necessary therapy.
WORKING HOURS
Mon, Wed, Thu: 13:00 - 20:30
Tuesday and Friday: 8:00 - 15:30
SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
The appointment is made by phone or in person. We will try to reserve the appointment that suits you best. If you are unable to keep the scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
EMERGENCIES
We will, at any time of the day, with prior telephone announcement, provide emergency assistance to each of our patients and their family members, and order them for further therapy.
MINORS
The minor's therapy plan must be approved by the parents. During therapy, we ask parents to wait in the waiting room, except in case of consultation.
Small children prefer to accept treatment in the morning, and we will try to ensure that the child does not miss school.
THE GOALS OF THIS PROGRAM ARE:

- achieve adequate oral hygiene
- prevent unnecessary loss of teeth
To keep up with new methods and materials, we take two weeks a year for professional training at international congresses and courses. In case of emergency, the answering machine will inform you which colleague you should contact at that time.
